Polly has been a supporter of Y-E -L since 2008. With a background in Equality & Diversity, Marketing and Public Affairs she began her career within the legal sector which led to roles at the Commission for Racial Equality and the London Development Agency.

Chidi has been a member of Y-E-L’s management committee since its inception in 2007.
After gaining a Law degree at Kingston University in 2006, he went on to work in the field of Criminal Defence.
