Previous job role was Deputy Head but now I currently manage a learning support unit in a secondary school which is based in one of London’s most deprived areas.
My future aspirations is to open my own Performing arts school in London within 5 years just like Sylvia Young did, or maybe travel and teach abroad. So going back to university to obtain my higher education is a journey that I have now started after 10 years of contemplating.
Being part of YEL is an honour. Raising the game of others and yourselves is vital, the world is your oyster and the limitation is in your mind.
I’m looking forward to the growth of my fellow YEL committee team and the growth and expansion of the organisation.
It’s about leaving a positive legacy which helps others never to give up on their hopes and aspirations.
